Alura is a "clear viscous compound" which is manually applied to the clitoris twice daily. This is rather interesting as the website goes on to warn women to "be careful whenever you use Alura on sensitive skin areas." We can't imagine too many more sensitive areas than the clitoris - yet that's exactly where this product is intended to be used!
It's important to note that Alura is NOT a vaginal lubricant and will not help women who have vaginal dryness. Alura must be applied twice daily and you need to use it daily for 60 days to see optimal results.
